The Supplier contacts the Buyer directly, and Nice Match steps out of the process. The supplier can choose to engage Nice Consulting to assist in the negotiation process, if desired.
The Buyer and Supplier execute the supply agreement.
The buyer makes the first payment to the Supplier according to the provisions of the supply agreement.
The Supplier fulfills the agreed service fee to Nice Match.
